Today had is ups and downs. But when I arrived home I found just the thing I needed. An envelope decorated with little eggs.
The egg brooch I got from Ingrid arrived! Huuray!
She found a small basket with brooches (!!!) at her thrift store. She was so kind to share them with her readers. Yvonne mentioned it to me again on Twitter (thanks!) – and I left Ingrid a message. Telling her about another egg brooch, worn by Professor Walter Lewin.
So now I am the proud owner of an egg brooch, the first one in my collection. Would be cool to have a croissant brooch as well… don’t you think?
While typing this quick blog I am packing my bag. Tomorrow I am leaving for a work-holiday. I will be joining my dear studio mate for her lecture in Switserland. How great is that! So see you on Sunday evening.
